Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Today I Learnt (todayilearnt.co), run by Annie Wagstaff. By creating an account you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your account

You must be 7 or over. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must give their permission for you to have an account and is responsible for how you use it. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Community rules

• Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying.
• No spam, advertising or illegal content.
• Only post things you have the right to share.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

All videos, text and images on the app belong to Annie Wagstaff unless stated otherwise. You may share links to learnings, but not copy or republish the content without permission. Learnings are checked carefully, but are for general interest only and are not professional advice.

Supporter subscription

• Supporters pay £5 a month, taken by Stripe, renewing monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
• Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. By starting it you ask for immediate access, so you may not get a refund for the period already used.
• Any price change will be told to you in advance.

Liability

We provide the app as it is and can't promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where it can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms and will note the date above. See also our privacy policy.
